Hello...may i ask does this dress need a peticoat?

Hello yenching, this costume doesn't include petticoat, but we have put a petticoat under the dress when taking photos. (n__n)

*check our pannier (we normally use the Lolita Pannier (07020200-B White) for knee-high dresses).
