Hello Aly Paige, we are afraid it can't. Since this costume is a complex one, and our tailors will need about 50-60 business days to make the costume (ater order is paid), shipping will need another few days, so it is unable to arrive you within 7 days.

Hello! I was browsing EBay and could not find a decent cosplay for Chii but I found this one and it looks so adorable! I am interested in buying it but I will not be able to pay for it until July 2nd - July 4th the earliest. The problem is, is that I need it to be here by July 29th. Is that possible?
