Hello I was just wondering..your listing says that it comes with gloves and sleeves? Also in the video it shows that there is like a frilly material under the skirt but in the pic it doesnt show it so I was just wondering which is it?

Hello Hillary, perhaps the frilly material you refer to is the petticoat, but it is not included in this costume.
