I don't understand what it means by shoe size, 23cm etc. What exactly is that measuring and is it possible to get shoes custom made if yes, where do I give the information?

Hello Evelyn, the shoes size means: from the heel to toe. we also accept custom size made, please choose any standard size, and write down the custom size measurements in remark box in order form. n_n
*Custom size costume doesn't charge extra cost, but the processing time will be longer than standard size costumes; for this costume in custom size, we need about extra 1-2 weeks to make it (excluding the shipping time).
