Hello kotoei, no, there is no socks included.  This costume includes the dress, coat, neck wear, plush toy & leg covers.  (n__n)

My friend who also bought from here said that you could get like 30% of on your next cosplay if you bought one already (which I did, I bought the Valerie cosplay) but I threw away all the bags and stuff and don't have a account :/
