Hello! I will be cosplaying as Chiho the second week in August, and am running out of time to sew my own outfit. I only need the shirt and tie, is there a way to only purchase those two items and not the skirt? Additionally, I was hoping that by providing measurements the shirt you create would be more proportionate to me, I have measurements similar to the character so its often hard to find well fitted garmets. Please let me know if my requests can be done in time. Thank you so much !

Hello Katherine G, if you order standard size now (about 2-3 weeks making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around late October.
