Hello, I'm just wondering how small can you make the dress be? For my case I am not measuring a child or an infant but a 43 centimeter doll.

Hello Kat, in our experience, for this type of costumes, we probably can make the costumes for someone's height is about 140cm. n_n

**For those costumes which provides with kid size chart, we can make them for 5-year old kids or someone's height is about 110cm.

Hello Emma, we put a Pannier under the dress when taking the product photo, but the pannier is not included. n_n
