Hello Steven Hoeltzel, it may able to reach you before Halloween.

If you order standard size now (about 2-3 weeks making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around end of October or early Nov. 2014. (n__n)
