Also, what exactly do the numbers in the size mean in their respective order? For example, in the L size, what do the numbers 34.6, 26.7, and 36.2 mean?

Hello Barbara, thanks for your support to us. All the standard sizes have two units can be refer to, please refer to the "Size Chart“ under the product information. For the custom size, all the measurements described in the "Size" portion are in centimeters, you can also fill up in inches, but you should write down your request in the remark box (I fill up the measurements in inches) or we will send the e-mail for you to confirm the size.n_n
