Hi, when it says 'per unit' does that mean both shackles (as in both ankles) or will it just be one (as in one ankle). Also how does it work, what is holding them together around the ankle?

Hello Tori,it`s a pair of shackles (for both ankles).The shackles are magnetic,so that they can hold together.

Hello  Emily Adams, for this shackles, it is fixed size, the size is Diameter: about 9.2 cm, Length: about 164 cm, Height: about 6 cm . if your wrists can put it on, that is no problem.
