Hello If I were to order this on Monday(Oct 5th) and chose the fastest shipping would it make it here before the 30th or 31st of October?

Hello Rashad B., if you order standard size now (about 2-3 weeks making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around early November.
