I got this wig http://www.cosplayfu.com/product/Blonde+Clip+%28Golden%2CCurly%2CFB-01%29 and this hair clip http://www.cosplayfu.com/product/Blonde+Clip+%28Golden%2CCurly%2CFB-01%29 which the description said, they were both the same color. Not only were they not the same color but the length of the hair clip was not even close to what I had ordered. I would like to return both products as soon as possible. Please tell me how to do so, so that I can get my full refund. Both are in the same condition as when they had arrived. Thank you.
