I'm very interested in getting this for a con coming up on March 22nd, so would the cosplay get to me by then? Also, does it come with the socks as pictured? Thank you!

Hello Elizabeth, we are sorry that it cannot reach you before 22nd March if you order it now.

**If you order standard size now (about 3~4 weeks making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), and extra 3 weeks processing time delay due to the coronavirus issues in China, it will reach you around 2 months later after you ordered & paid.

Mmm a question will come so shirt, tie, vest, skirt, what I mean is the long fabric will come with the skirt on it? Because I only want the shirt, tie, vest, skirt, I do not want the skirt with a cape as it looks in the image and if it is not problem for you I would like that when finishing the sleeves it is not white if not of the same color Of the shirt, of course if it is not a problem for you, greetings n_n
