Hello Will, no, this costume inlcudes the top, cape, pants, belt, hat, gloves, and boots covers. It doesn't include the wig. (n__n)The costume material is polyester and satin.
If you'd like to add cosplay wig, please submit ticket (with product link & request) to our Support Center and let my teammate helps you directly.
And, this is our commission series (no actual product yet, but provided with cartoon images only), and we will update the actual product photos as soon as possible.
