Loved the first one I had bought a year or so ago it was perfect. Received my new one today and it was really messy/kinked and smelled like it was laying around for a long time. I'm rather disappointed this time around. :(

Would it be possible to change the length of the hair? Because the bit of hair at the front looks a bit too long in my opinion and I would like it to be shorter. Thanks :)
