How does this dress stay up? Is it a tube-top or are there straps...?

Hello Beth, there aren't any straps. And don't worry, two sides of the shoulder are made from hard materials, they can stay up easily. Hello Emily, yes, if you order the custom size now & use free shipping (20-30 days shipping time), it will reach you around early Feb. or mid-Feb. 2013. To make it more safety, you can pay extra shipping cost to upgrade a faster shipping method. n_n
