what is the material used for the red parts like the pants and part of the top?

Just a few about the Lina Cosplay from the Slayers. Would you be able to make a commission for the fallowing, chest-45, waist 46, hip-49, shoulder_19, height-63, weight-190, out side leg-30 & sleeve length-20? Also do you offer any wig to go with it. I realize the wig would be another purchase. After all that, how much would it run? Thank you.
