Need these for a cosplay. But I have big feet. The maximum size listed for these shoes is 28cm (XXL). Can these be made any bigger?

Hello, sorry that our tailor said the shoes cannot be made larger than 28 cm, and if the size is over 26 cm (L), the heels can only be low,please understand. :)
