I have few questions... 1: How long is it? Just above the knees or mid-thigh? I'm not so comfortable with it being short, and I really like this one.. 2: Is it a one-piece, the skirt and shirt? Like, a dress or two pieces? sometimes, when it is said it is a dress it is proven otherwise, so I'd like to be reassured. 3: Is the bowtie and headwear included?
