I was wondering, how do I measure the boot height? Like, do I mesure it from my ankle to my knee or a little under it?

Hello Catherine, from ankle to the the height you want. For example, if we want the boots touch around our knees, then we will measure the length from ankle to knee. Some cosplayers want to make a shorter boots, they can measure from ankle to upper calf area. (n__n)

Hi, What do you mean by colour number? I have a picture of the laces and bow colour, how do i show you it? Thanks

Hello BowsandFrills, when you submit your ticket with the request (change color & reference color picture), my teammate will attach a image (includes the color & corresponding color numbers on that), so you can pick the correct color you want, and our tailor will make that part as the color number you selected.
