In overall I have dreamt for a while about having this cosplay. Then after saving enough money and buying the cosplay, my dreams where shattered by its terrible quality. First off I could see that where the brown strip from the chest to the belt on the armour was, there were seems of where they had cut the material badly and where sticking out all down the cosplay. you know where you cut a fabric poorly and they have those shrilly bits. secondly was the tilted square which rests above the belt, it was placed awkwardly. I mean it wasn't even in the right place it just looked like someone was to lazy to even care and I spent £160 on the thing. next were the trousers. don't be fooled, the trousers go down to your ankles and if you want them where they are supposed to be you would have to pull them up to your nipples as it is impossible to roll up due to the amour. the gantlets (not gauntlets as there are no gloves attached and I think this word is the right one) even though the fit all sizes, they move up and down un-controllably as there is no way to secure them. The hat was the only good thing of quality...... or so I thought as I found out the next day. the tassel on the hat started to frill, the ear guards as they where stuck down, not sown, started to split apart and surprise, surprise the hat was too small. this was because there where no measurements for ones head on the list so they gave me a small (I have a large size hat). last of the list is the amour, it is good for its belt feature but because again the head measurements are not asked. it is incredibly hard to take on or off. these points now are not about the quality of the cosplay itself but about the company. during the processing of the transaction it took them five days to process, it cant be that hard can it? secondly they are an English website but order from Hong Kong so you will be charged extra fees. I know because of the long processing time my cosplay would barely show up for when it was intended but when they sent off the cosplay it turned up 21 days later than they said it would get here. the tracking number they gave me did not work and there was little communication about the cosplay unless I asked. in overall cosplayfu have shown some good ideas but they need to work on it before releasing any more products of this sort. head measurements and wrist measurements should of been asked, in overall I have been extremely dissatisfied with this cosplay which I paid a lot of money for. lets say I will not be ordering from this company again.

Hello Ben Ford, your order is the commission order (provide comic photos only), so our tailor need to take about 20-30 days to make the draft & select materials & make it, the processing time is actually shown directly in the product information.  The processing time has updated to 13-17 business days now as our tailor confirms the design, cutting & material now, so we will try our best to improve our processing time, but for commission series items, please understand it really takes time for our tailor to make it from cartoon photos into real costumes.
And, these product photos are actually taken from your order, when we put the costume onto the model, the quality is good (otherwise, we will request our tailor get back & fix it directly), and, we sent the actual costume photos for your approval when we finished it, then ship it by Premium Express (HongKong Speedpost) immediately after getting your approval.   The online tracking information updates may be different between different countries' local post offices, UPS, DHL & TNT, this cannot be by us, but we will try our best to find more better shipping company in future.
