You find the wig under Merli and then it says "For Hinata Hyuga". So it's definitely for Merli because it looks better for her. I can't explain that.

This isn't the proper hair for Hinata. This doesn't have her bangs, it has one long side bang. I don't think the length is right, either. It seems much too long, and rather too puffy as well. :(
