Hi, i was just wondering, if i were to order Yuki's cosplay around now (and btw i live in Victoria) how long would you say it would take to get here??

Hello Tanami, if you order standard size now (about 4-5 weeks making costume time) and use the fastest shipping method (Premium Express, 3-6 days shipping time), it will reach you around 5-6 weeks after order's confirmed. n_n

*All shipping information (including methods, cost & estimated delivered date) will be shown in order page, before payment; you can pay extra cost to upgrade shipping method there.

*Please remember to mark down the date (you need it) in the order form when you order it. :)

Hi there, I am confuse about the payment for Singapore tax. As you know we actually submit with our home add and expect it to be delivered to our homes but what if we actually have to pay the tax, will it be a self collection and make the payment during we collecting the items or will it still be a home delivery and settle the tax payment later on ?

Hello Nazlinah, in order to minimize customers' costs, we wrote a low value description on our shipment package already, and try to avoid any extra taxes will be charged by the customs. However, as we stated in our website; if there are any import charges or local customs taxes occurred, buyer is responsible for it.

Let's share our experience in package deliver to Singapore (no matter by free Standard Shipping or Express Shipping), we haven't receive any customer email saying they have to pay extra tax/custom, this surely ins't any guaranteed, but in our experience, that is very seldom case. If you have special request on the invoice amount about the package, please also mention it in the Remark box when you make the order. :-)
