does this need a pannier?

I would like to order this style maids dress mentioned (157), but there is no place on the on-line order form to put information regarding a custom made dress or pricing for that. Here are the measurements and/or information on the customization I desire: Male 6'2" 220 lbs. Shoulder Width 21" Breast 47" Waist 42" Hips 43" Neck 17" (would like collar at 18" unless you suggest differently) Length from shoulder to knee 39" I assume this uniform is one piece with a rear zipper.I would like a heavy duty zipper with a secure locking system at the top so it cannot be removed or a double zipper design that could be locked. I would prefer the skirt be straight or a-line and not flouncy with a desired length to just above the knee. As far as material, I would like something durable and soft. I have also heard that some outfits have locking waists, is this something that you offer? If so, I would like to have that as well. I would like to order this as soon as possible, if you could please respond with a price or any questions that you have, it would be greatly appreciated. I would like to know how to order this on-line to include my custom requests. Thank you, Bill
