If the size of the product (eg shoes sizes) is somewhat mistaken, can I request for an exchange? Is there an alternative way to determine the size of my leg, considering different shoes have different cuttings? Thanks for answering.
P.S: My current size is 27cm.

Hello Chor Jia Hung, It's really a rare case! We make the costumes/shoes according to the criteria you supply. We suppose your body/foot size will not have a sharp change within few weeks, right? For the size of your foot, just measure the calf circumference and the boot height. :)
