This wig fell apart easily. It didn't cover my the back of my head it only fit around the head. Trying to show and explain what happened I received the same answers. Circumference doesn't make up for tbe back length. They kept repeating that the wig fits 80 CM but that's only around, doesn't cover the entirety of the head. I had one made for me after this and it seems to cover the back cause it had a long hair line. Longer than this wig. Not to mention that the wig fell apart after it was received and they are refusing a refund. I do not understand why I am being blamed for this. So I must write this review. Not because I did not get what I want but because this is very unfair to be given a wig with bald spots and buns that unravel so easily for a wig I nearly paid 70 dollars for. This will be the first and last purchase I make from this company. I truly feel I was refused help and the blame was put on the customer.

In your case, as we mentioned in our ticket reply, if the customer destroyed the wig style after received it (as you said in your ticket & your reference photos shown in the ticket reply), then we are unable to accept return & refund.

**However, if a customer received the wig and not destroy the wig, then we will totally okay to accept return & refund, please understand.

We will try our best to improving our customer services and sorry for any bad feelings for this case.

Hello April Squitieri, all CosplayFU wigs size are fixed and suitable for head circumference which between 50-80cm. n_n
