With this boots, will the opening be made exactly to the calf circumference? Or will it be made slightly bigger than the measurements given?

Hello Del,the boot opening will depend on the boot height that you provide.The shoes tailors will adjust the actual shoes size according to yours,it will be a bit bigger.
If you have any special requirements for the size, please write it in remark box (in order form), and our tailor will adjust it for you if possible. n_n
