Can you make the costume look like this? http://www.cosplayisland.co.uk/files/costumes/3761/81876/CI_81876_1375284809.jpg Like how on the top part of the coat it is more together and only goes apart at the bottom. And make the buttons on the coat and sleeves of the jacket golden. Also can you make the skirt pleated like in the picture? And have the symbol on the arm?
