My brother actually have bought the Neptune cosplay here and it was really good! The only bad thing I have to say is that the stockings, they feel weird to wear and it ripped right when I tried them on. That's okay though the rest of the cosplay (the dress, coat and head wear) is really comfortable to wear and easy to wash!
