Hello Shara, yes, if you order custom size now (about 20 business days) We include free shipping (Hong Kong Post, 20-30 days shipping time) worldwide. So, it will take 40-50 days for package to deliver you by free shipping.

You can also pay extra shipping cost and upgrade to a faster shipping method. such as UPS,it will take 4-6 days arrive your there. it will take 24-26 days for package to deliver you by UPS. n_n

whenever the seamstress is making the costume, for custom size, is it to the exact fit of the order, and should i add a centimeter or two when doing custom size?

Hello Shara, you just give us the exact body size, and our tailor will add few cm to the costume, so it will fit you and not too tight, so don't worry about it. n_n
