I thought Erza's pants were baggy. They're supposed to be hakama which are traditional japanese garb. These look tiny and completely inaccurate.

Hello, I was going to order the Erza Scarlet costume but I had a question about sizes. I measured my sister for her costume but I feel like her measurements are all over the board. She can fit in everything from a female small to a men's xxl depending on the category of where I measured. Obviously I am doing something wrong. Can you please clarify how I should go about measuring her?
