If something does not fit right, is it possible to return the cosplay or exchange the size?

Hello Ashley, since we only start making costumes after received orders & full payments, so if we made the correct size as you ordered (but does not fit you), we are sorry that we do not accept return nor exchange, hope you can understand.

*if the standard costume size does not fit you, please simply select the 'custom size'and fill up your exact body size, and our tailor will adjust the costume size to fit you. n_n

*Custom size costume doesn't charge extra cost, but the processing time will be longer than standard size costumes; for this costume in custom size, we need about extra 1 week to make it (excluding the shipping time).
